I like to write about mental health, my introspection, and sometimes spiritual things.
Written words have always been an easier means for me to say what I mean and mean what I say. These days I’m leaning into that rather than trying to force myself into an extroverted mold that doesn’t fit me.
I hope whenever you visit the Wonky Brain section, you’ll feel a little less alone and even come away with some strategies or perspectives that help you out. I hope whenever you visit the Introspection section, you’ll feel like we’re friends catching up over coffee or wrapped all cozy in blankets on one of our couches and deep in conversation. And I hope whenever you visit the Poetry section, you don’t cringe too much.
